30 days to return, no reason needed
You have 30 days from receiving your parcel to withdraw from the contract and return the product. That is longer than the statutory 14 days.

How to return a product
1. Write to joht894@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Send the product to: Velurna, ul. Szkolna 2, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, within 14 days of sending us your message.
3. The product should be in intact condition: complete, clean, without signs of use, preferably in its original packaging. You can examine and try it at home as you would in a shop. If the product comes back used (e.g. dirty or damaged), we may reduce the refund by its loss of value.

Refund
We refund the full amount paid, including the cost of the cheapest delivery option, using the same payment method — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your message. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent back.

Who pays for the return
You pay the direct cost of sending the product back, unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item.

Complaints
Is the product damaged or not as described? Write to joht894@gmail.com, describe the problem and attach a photo. We'll reply within 14 days. Details are in our Terms of Service (§ 7).
