§ 1. Data controller The controller of your personal data is the shop operating under the name Velurna, ul. Szkolna 2, 16-400 Suwałki, Poland, e-mail: joht894@gmail.com, selling through the online shop velurna.pl (the “Shop”).

§ 2. What data we collect Name, delivery address, e-mail address, phone number (for the courier), order and payment data (without full card details, which are processed by the payment provider) and technical data from your device (IP address, cookies).

§ 3. Purposes and legal basis

  • order fulfilment, delivery, returns and complaints — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
  • handling enquiries and possible claims — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
  • statistics and marketing, e.g. advertising pixels — only with your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

§ 4. Who we share data with Only with entities that help us fulfil your order:

  • the Shopify shop platform,
  • payment providers (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, BLIK),
  • courier companies,
  • the supplier who ships the product.

Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

§ 5. How long we keep data For the duration of the contract and then until claims become time-barred and for the periods required by tax law (usually 5 years from the end of the year). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn.

§ 6. Your rights You have the right to:

  • access your data,
  • rectification,
  • erasure,
  • restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object,
  • withdraw consent at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw) or with the data protection authority in your country. For data matters, write to joht894@gmail.com.

§ 7. Cookies The Shop uses cookies necessary for the website and cart to work. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only after you give consent in the banner. You can change your cookie settings at any time via the “Your privacy choices” link in the footer.

§ 8. Voluntary provision Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot fulfil your order.
